  • The Cottage is available from AU$275 per night with a minimum 2 night stay.

    $140 - Private Lesson on Performance Horse (12+ years)

    $120 - Private Lessons on Own Horse

    $100 per person - Group Lessons on Own Horse (max 3)

    If you're staying a few days and want to buy a 3 lesson bundle, you will receive a 10% discount.

  • Guests can book in a horse hangout session once you arrive.

    $80 (upto 3 people).

  • The standard agistment fees per day are:

    $20 Shared paddock

    $40 Individual paddock

    $50 Individual yard and stable

    If you need feed, let us know a week in advance. Seasonal pricing will apply.

  • Cherry is an accredited Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) practitioner under the Feldenkrais Guild of Australia.

    $100 - Private ATM Lesson

  • The Cottage is listed on Airbnb so you can it to check availability and book. If you want to book directly, send us an email.

    We typically are open for guest over weekends. If you want to stay longer than a weekend, you can email us at mimosafarmcottage@gmail.com with details of when you’d like to stay and we can arrange the booking directly.

  • As a working equestrian centre we welcome guests to stay at the cottage most weekends Friday’s to Monday’s. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

  • As a working farm we don’t normally have guests during the week. However, if you are wanting to book in a longer holiday then let us know and we’ll try our best to arrange something that works.

  • Given the working nature of the property, we don’t cater for children under 12 unless they are here for a riding clinic or 3-5 day coaching intensive with Cherry.

  • Absolutely! We have plenty of space to park trailers.

    If you have a caravan, we have access to power but not water or waste.

  • We recommend a pair of jeans or jodhpurs. Riding boots or shoes with heels — the important thing is not to have much tread on the bottom of your shoes. Some people like to wear riding gloves but they are not essential.

    That’s it! We have a helmet you can wear and riding crop you can use.

  • Whether this is your first riding lesson ever or you are an experienced rider, Cherry will tailor the lesson around where you are up to. Most importantly, our horses are used to all different experience levels.

  • The Feldenkrais Method is a type of exercise therapy devised by Israeli Moshé Feldenkrais during the mid-20th century. The method is claimed to reorganise connections between the brain and body and so improve body movement and psychological state.

  • It is recommended that comfortable activewear be worn to class. Mats are provided.

    Awareness of Movement Lessons are therapy sessions, not an exercise class. There is no age limit, and is facilitated to maximise comfort level for pre-existing physical conditions.
